1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jillok.cam ("jillok," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jillok online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available through jillok.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing the jillok platform, you confirm that:

2.4 Excluded Persons

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access jillok's games and services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. jillok may request additional documentation for identity verification (KYC) purposes at any stage, including before processing withdrawals.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jillok recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), using a unique strong password, and never sharing login details with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account credentials will be attributed to you. You must notify jillok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Identity Verification

jillok may require you to submit valid government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or PhilHealth ID) to verify your identity and age before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims. 3.4 Account Accuracy

You must keep your account information current and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jillok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-native payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. Available payment methods may change from time to time at jillok's discretion.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the jillok platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jillok account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) business day. jillok does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes during business hours; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within 1–3 business days. jillok reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account settings.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on the jillok platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. jillok complies with applicable Philippine AML regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Funds deposited must represent legitimate personal funds originating from lawful sources. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party.

4.6 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or reversal of a valid jillok deposit constitutes fraud. jillok reserves the right to suspend your account, retain the full disputed amount, and pursue legal remedies in the event of an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers made available by jillok are subject to specific Terms that accompany each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing promotional offers will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and may have their account suspended.

jillok operates a tiered VIP loyalty program with levels including Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier advancement is based on wagering volume and account activity. VIP benefits, tier thresholds, and reward structures are subject to change at jillok's discretion with reasonable notice provided to active VIP members.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute, the game rules as displayed at the time of play shall prevail.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game disruption during a wagering session, jillok reserves the right to void affected bets. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. jillok will make reasonable efforts to restore affected sessions but cannot guarantee the recovery of all in-progress game states.

6.3 Fairness Certification

6.4 Betting Limits

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillok platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;

8. Responsible Gaming

jillok is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players in the Philippines. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment—not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

8.1 Self-Assessment & Limits

jillok provides all registered players with self-management tools accessible through account settings, including: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders and automatic session time-outs; wager and loss limits; and cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jillok platform—including but not limited to the jillok brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property—is owned by or licensed to jillok and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jillok platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jillok content without prior written authorization from jillok.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillok's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jillok account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillok shall not be liable for: loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill; indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service provider failures; or any loss arising from your violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jillok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the jillok platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jillok complies with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the jillok service.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by jillok

jillok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to pass identity verification, regulatory requirements, or protection of jillok's platform integrity.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, jillok will return any remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to jillok. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds are non-refundable upon termination for breach of Terms.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your jillok account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure unless separately agreed.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the jillok platform, you agree to first contact jillok's customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. jillok will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through non-binding mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in an appropriate court.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

15. Amendments to These Terms

jillok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a notice displayed on the jillok platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the jillok platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure pursuant to Section 12.3. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
